Live Longer Organic Cricket Flour is milled from 100% organically and ethically farmed Banded Crickets from the worlds leading farm ‘Entomo Farms’ in Canada. With 68.8% protein by volume and high in vitamin B12, Live Longer Organic 100% Cricket Flour also contains iron, is low in saturated fats, low in carbohydrates, and contains omega 3 fatty acids. Live Longer Cricket Flour also contains micronutrients such as iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium, vitamin B6 and is high in Chitin.

Tried & tested protein seed cracker recipe:


2/3 cup almond meal
2 Tbsp Live Longer Cricket Flour
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed/linseed
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp pepper


Preheat the oven to 180C and line two trays with baking paper.

Place the almond meal, Live Longer Cricket Flour, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds into a food processor and blitz until it resembles a rough seed crumb.

Place into a bowl and mix with water, salt and sesame oil.

Divide the mixture into two and press down on the lined trays, rolling them out thinly between 2 sheets of baking paper.

Cut into squares roughly 3cmx3cm

Bake for 40 minutes and then remove from oven. 

Turn the crackers over, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for another 20-30 minutes or until crisp. 

Cool and store in an airtight container.
