To use:
Harvest at 10-15 days when shoots are 20-25cm high.  It is easiest to harvest the top growth by cutting with a pair of scissors.
Put shoots in a food processor or blender and reduce to a liquid mass.
Drink 5-10 mls per day washed down with 2 glasses of water preferably at meal times.

You may be able to get 2 harvests from one sowing, just wait for the wheatgrass to grow back.
Wheatgrass is very easy to grow and can also be sown directly into a vegetable garden.
Can be stored in the fridge for a week or frozen/freeze dried without any loss of goodness.
Put the roots and potting mix left in the tray into your garden or compost bin once you have harvested all the wheatgrass.
